Job Title: Engineering Administrative Assistant (Temp to Hire)
Location: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $20/hr

Job Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering team. This role involves managing correspondence, maintaining schedules and records, creating presentations, coordinating special projects, and ensuring smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to engineers and management.
- Handle confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with discretion.
- Maintain and update engineering project schedules, databases, and records.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in processing engineering change requests and distributing final documents.
- Prepare and update customer machine manuals and service binders.
- Operate and maintain blueprint machines.
- Train and support other administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (3–5 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
