RemX is seeking Remote Bilingual French Canadian Customer Care Reps
20 per hr. 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Position / Job Description :
The CCRI interacts with all customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products, services, and procedures in a multi-channel customer care center.
What You Need to Know :
- Deal directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
- Handle / respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Process entry level orders and credits
- Follow up on unresolved issues and drive resolution
- Capture detailed notes on all inquiries including action taken to resolve issue
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments
- Ability to understand / read equipment drawings and look up parts
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Leadership Team
