RemX is supporting an East TN client in its hire for a CORPORATE STRATEGY & FINANCIAL ANALYST full time opportunity.
This is a HYBRID, DIRECT HIRE position that will allow three weeks' remote work and one week in an East TN office.
We are seeking an experienced CORPORATE ANALYST who has worked on M&A Deals and provided full support (diligence, modeling, valuations, financial analysis and potential integration help).
RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE:
* Creating and maintaining financial models, valuations and other in-depth financial and data analysis
- Complete select financial analysis at the request of the executive team, finance team, or Board on select initiatives / projects
- Help develop, implement and measure KPIs and prepare financial reporting with varying degrees of cadence as appropriate (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly)
- Proactively identify opportunities and gaps based on monitoring of KPIs, and establish goals accordingly
- Support development of board, management and investor presentations
- Working with senior management team to perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Help with execution of M&A including establishing and managing the structure, process, and areas of focus for the Company’s M&A strategy
- Lead the diligence process of potential acquisition opportunities, including conducting key analysis as well as project managing the integration of successful acquisitions
