Are you a motivated healthcare professional with a passion for delivering compassionate and high-quality care? We are seeking a CT Tech to join a busy and growing facility in Largo, FL. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and delegating patient care when appropriate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides computerized assisted services to patients in the following areas: facial, sinus, abdomen, brain, thorax, total spine, biopsies, upper/lower extremities, pelvis, and orbits.
- Prepares and positions patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures
- Obtains high-quality CT images.
- Maintains proactive, effective communication with patient and physicians regarding all findings, patient histories and test results as appropriate.
- Collaborates and confers with all colleagues and members of the healthcare team.
Job Requirements/License/Certifications:
- Valid ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications.
- Clear/active Florida CRT license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Requires availability for on-call coverage at all Largo locations!
- On call requirement -?you must live within 30min of the hospital.
- Must have experience?-?1 years exp as a CT tech.
Job Compensation:
- $30.34 - $42.47 (Based on years of experience)
- Shift Diff: On call Pay - $3
Shifts:
- Having open availability for on-call coverage at all Largo Medical Center locations!
- On call frequency would depend on staffing levels.
Salary : $30 - $42
