Well established company providing care services for patients is growing their customer support team remote in the state of IOWA or ILLINOIS or NEBRASKA! Must be located in Iowa, Nebraska, or Missouri for this role.
Customer Service Representative team members will assist patients calling in with account management and overall support needs.
Various schedules available, will include ONE weekend work day | $19.33/hour
Job Duties of a Customer Service Representative include:
- Manage large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers' needs, research issues to provide alternatives or solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team targets
Experience of a Customer Service Representative include:
- 2 years of previous call center experience REQUIRED, remote experience HIGHLY PREFERED
- Personable and professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
