Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee internal controls, support financial operations, and contribute to risk management initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within the organization's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and execute internal control functions, including preparing and implementing audit procedures.
- Identify and report risk management issues and internal control deficiencies to the CFO, management, and auditors.
- Conduct risk assessments across all departments, with a focus on monthly financial closings.
- Manage monthly open item tasks, including GR / IR (Goods Received / Invoice Received) reconciliation and long-term inventory tracking.
- Process invoices and budgets using SAP (preferred) or other accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in developing departmental budgets and monitor budget performance for each department.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to expenses and accounts payable.
- Review financial records and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Maintain data integrity, use data to identify and resolve problems, and ensure consistency across systems.
- Effectively plan and prioritize multiple tasks within defined timelines.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :
Salary : $60,000 - $71,000
