What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Payroll Specialist position at RemX?
Immediate Opening for an HR Payroll Assistant in Oldwick, NJ.
This is a temporary opportunity that will be working a hybrid schedule (2-3 days / week onsite).
Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm. Some over-time may be needed.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure maintenance of the electronic time and attendance application is done daily
- Support with administration of the Time and Attendance Keeping System
- Ensure all payroll documents are organized and filed in a timely manner
- Support with third party sick reconciliation
- Assist with preparation and distribution of payroll
- Crosscheck new employee paperwork after employee begins employment and add basic information into Time and Attendance Keeping System
- Process terminated employee information in UKG
- Assist with 401k plan maintenance related items
- Serve as back up support for department admin and receptionist
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
