Job Summary:
Our client, a $200M established textile manufacturing company has an immediate need to hire an HR Manager as a strategic partner, managing HR functions for the subsidiary, including compliance, employee retention, performance management, and employee relations. This role serves as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, offering conflict resolution guidance.
- Ensure policies comply with labor laws and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership on employee performance and engagement.
- Manage performance reviews, exit/stay interviews, and HR strategy development.
- Oversee employee development, retention, and business growth initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
- Lead HR process improvements and maintain a positive work culture.
- Coach and develop leadership and employees, driving continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field; 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
