Job Title : HR Assistant (Contract through May)
Location : Carlsbad, CA Employment Type : Contract (through May, with potential for growth)
About the Opportunity : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support approximately 400 employees and work closely with a team of six HR professionals , including two other HR Assistants. The ideal candidate must have experience with ADP , as we are in the process of implementing a new ADP system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment with potential for future growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with offer letters , new hire documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
- Partner with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- May be cross-trained to assist with light recruiting as needed.
- Support ADP system implementation and assist with related tasks.
- Handle various HR administrative duties as assigned.
