In this role you will provide professional critical support for the Customer Care department. Provide timely and accurate order management within Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Job Description :
Provides a comprehensive service in a high performance, customer-focused environment with respect to Customer Care procedures.
Perform assigned tasks in a detailed and timely matter
Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
Manage shared inbox and respond to client inquiries promptly
Submit complaints and follow up on resolutions
Onboard new customers
Illustrate product and service expertise
Maintain relationship with clients by providing first class service and communication in a phone and e-mail environment
Requirements :
2 years of B2B customer service and (Required)
Previous administrative experience is preferred
Previous client onboarding experience is PLUS
Previous call center or warehouse logistics service experience is preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Suites
Computer and Technology Savvy
- 2 Years of previous Data Entry experience
