Job Description
The Support Technician is responsible for providing advanced Level-3 support with an emphasis on desktops / OS . This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, guiding users through problem resolution, and ensuring the smooth operation of all desktop and peripheral systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Monday to Friday | 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm
25.00 - $30.00 / DOE
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Level-3 support over the phone, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of desktop and peripheral systems.
- Maintain and update documentation related to desktop and peripheral support processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of desktop and peripheral devices over the phone.
