We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury apartment community. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the complex, ensuring that the property is well-maintained, and providing an exceptional experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of resident satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring seamless transitions for residents.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and meets the company's high standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas that require repairs or improvements.
- Ensure that all facilities (e.g., elevators, fitness center, common areas) are in good working order.
- Oversee leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and signing leases.
