We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the purchasing department by assisting with the procurement of goods and services, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, and helping to streamline purchasing processes.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with ordering and tracking inventory and supplies.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on purchasing activities and expenses.
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding procurement.
- Help with stockroom organization and inventory control.
