Schedule: 7am-8pm CST M-Fri. (8hr shift between these hours) *Equipment Provided*
Job Duties:
- Answer inbound calls from patients and may make some outbound calls.
- Be the first point of contacts.
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information.
- Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients.
- Heavy data entry
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have active high speed internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
- Must have access to the modem.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent.
- Be a positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections.
- Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, Kentucky or Florida to be considered.
