Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Reporting Analyst with a strong background in Workday HCM and advanced reporting capabilities, including Composite and Matrix reports. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Workday reports to meet business needs, providing insights that drive decision-making, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and other custom reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Optimize existing Workday reports for efficiency and clarity, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Support Workday updates, new feature implementations, and system testing as it pertains to reporting functionality.
- Develop documentation, including report specifications, processes, and user guides.
- Act as a mentor and resource to junior analysts and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, reporting tools, and advanced reporting features (Composite and Matrix reporting required).
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HR and Finance business processes.
- Proficiency in Workday security configurations related to reporting.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
