The Renee White Team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Office & Marketing Support professional to assist our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks and marketing support and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic work environment.
F/T M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM in Walnut Creek
Compensation:$25 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:- Stock and manage office supplies, snacks, and drinks.
- Prepare marketing packages and mailers for distribution.
- Update and distribute various reports.
- Maintain and update our CRM system.
- Pull and organize statistics from MLS for reports.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Create and update graphics and mailers using Canva templates.
- Update our digital newsletter using Mailchimp.
- Manage and post content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Backup support to Listing and Transaction Coordinator.
- Previous experience in administrative or marketing support roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google G-Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
