Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Expeditor to join our culinary team. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Monitor the preparation of dishes to ensure they meet quality standards before being served.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests from customers.
• Maintain an organized workflow to manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred, particularly in positions involving food preparation or expediting.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in banquet settings or hotel dining services is a plus but not required.
• A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests.
