Guest Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replace linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and in good condition.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.

Skills

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
