The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Bartender to manage the bar operations, ensure exceptional service, and oversee the bartending team. This role requires a skilled professional who can create an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for our members and guests while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Lead Bartender will be responsible for training and supervising bar staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar during peak service hours.

Duties and Functions:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and develop relationships with members and guests.
• Ensuring excellent service and a high-quality beverage experience.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards.
• Maintain the bars inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels of liquor, mixers, glassware, and other supplies.
• Create and update the bar menu in conjunction with the food and beverage team, offering new and seasonal drink options that align with the clubs brand.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, equipment, and tools.
• Monitor member and guest satisfaction, address concerns, and create an atmosphere of hospitality and professionalism.
• Process transactions and manage the point of sale with accuracy.
• Work with the clubs management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring that guests drink responsibly and are not overserved.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to alcohol service and safety.
• Perform closing duties as needed.

Qualifications Standards:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of bartending experience.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar equipment, and current beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; TIPS Certification required (willing to training)
