Position Overview: As our Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader in our Food and Beverage team, ensuring seamless operations, consistent service standards, and top-notch guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, guiding them to achieve excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth flow from kitchen to guest experience.
- Service Excellence: Maintain high standards in guest service, food quality, and sanitation. You’ll ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, from guest concerns to operational hiccups, ensuring that each guest experience is as exceptional as the last.
- Team Development: Mentor and motivate your team by providing coaching, support, and feedback. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Food Safety & Sanitation: Ensure compliance with local and federal health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who is proactive and eager to improve the team and operations around them.
- A natural leader who can foster a positive, motivated, and efficient work environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- A problem solver who can handle challenges with grace and a solution-oriented mindset.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, preferably in a hotel setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
