The mission of this full-time position is to provide administrative assistance and support to Renaissance Financial advisors and their retirement plan clients.
- Track and manage retirement plan terminations through completion. Communicate with advisors, clients, and vendors regarding action items and updates.
- Assist clients with payroll and contribution concerns such as source corrections and missed contributions
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on plan amendment requests.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client and advisor inquiries, requests, and concerns. Address any client or advisor concerns promptly and effectively, striving for timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisors
- Update plan information in Salesforce and other department records as needed
- Provide back up support for other Retirement Plan Account Managers
- Perform other administrative duties as necessary

- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Follow and give general oral and written directions, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, ability to work independently, understanding and experience with personal computers, enter data quickly and accurately.
- Work requires attention to detail in things such as composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- College degree preferred; must have High School diploma
- Two or more years of experience in an office environment preferred
- Working knowledge of retirement plans preferred
Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
- Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
- Databases
- Intranet
- Adobe Acrobat
- Computer
- Voice messaging systems
- Fax
- Photo copier
- Typing of at least 50 wpm
- Professional office environment.
- Standard 40-hour work week.
- Rarely required to work overtime hours.
- No travel.
