The mission of this full-time position is to manage systems to accomplish client servicing and client onboarding, for the efficient operations of both the current client base and expanding client base. You will work directly with the Financial Advisor to assist with all aspects of their daily work routine.
Primary Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Use software systems and client information gathered by the Financial Advisor to manage Model Portfolio Accumulation System (MAPS) risk tolerance for clients.
- Compile, sort, and verify data reports using various systems such as eMoney, Morningstar, Orion, and others.
- Use various computer systems to research and provide analysis of shifts in client’s portfolio allocation away from target allocation.
- Process stock, mutual fund, ETF, and option trades in client accounts.
- Develop and send clients communication detailing portfolio recommendations, trade summary, tax implications, and style drift.
- Monitor and maintain tracking system for client’s annual IRA, Roth IRA, SEP IRA, Simple IRA and Solo(k) funding. Communicate contribution limits and funding deadlines to clients.
- Prepare and summarize daily, quarterly, and monthly reports for client transactions, and earnings for client accounts.
- Communicate with non-client external parties to book meetings on joint client communication.
Administrative
- Participate in weekly meetings with the team to discuss the upcoming week’s appointments and action items to work on (reports, case preparation, RMD’s, analysis). Continue to monitor action items for new client onboarding.
- Schedule appointments, manage annual/semi-annual/quarterly review schedule. Handle routine inquiries independently.
- Handle client communication involving service requests, reviewing applications, account changes and related paperwork.
- Complete all necessary tasks to onboard a new client to Renaissance including gathering documentation, sending electronic applications, transferring accounts, linking bank accounts, establishing systematic deposit schedules, guiding clients through an applicable insurance underwriting processes, establishing client electronic access.

Education, Training & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience (preferred)
- 3-6 years of Financial Service Industry Experience

- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials)
- FINRA Series 7
- FINRA Series 66
