This role involves traveling across the country to provide expert service and support for our high-end products, which include windows and doors for exterior facades, wine cellars, and luxury showers. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Service:
- Perform on-site service, adjustments, and repairs on windows and doors to ensure proper functionality and aesthetic standards.
- Address issues related to installation, sealing, hardware, and alignment.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s property.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to improve product performance when needed.
- Customer Support:
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communicate effectively to explain repair processes and provide updates on progress.
- Travel Requirements:
- Travel extensively across the country to service projects; trips will typically be during the week with minimal weekend travel.
- Coordinate travel plans efficiently to meet client needs and minimize downtime.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of service visits, including work performed, materials used, and recommendations for follow-up.
- Submit reports to the appropriate internal teams for review and tracking.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in window and door installation, maintenance, or a related field is required. Experience with luxury products is a plus.
- Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
