Using our Core Values, the right person will meet or exceed the following Qualifications and be capable of carrying out the responsibilities listed below.
Qualifications for Skilled Tradesmen :
- 2-4 or more years of experience in their trade on both residential and historical projects.
- Possess your own hand tools (hammer, speed square, pencil, carpenters pouches, etc.)
- Ability to work closely with the roofing crew and project coordinator.
- Be able to measure, cut, and correctly fasten wood structures per project specs.
- Shape or cut materials using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
- Able to perform all steep slope roofing activities (set and climb ladders, carry 50 lbs, etc.)
- Have excellent communication and team orientated attitude.
- Multitasked.
- Technical competency.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Clean, Valid driver’s license is a PLUS.
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check, drug test, and physical.
- Able to work 10-12 hour days, year-round.

Compensation :
Hourly plus Commissions at Competitive Rates based upon Experience.
