Job Overview:
The Residences and Owner Relations Manager plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong customer/owner relationships, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position requires a unique blend of administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-lasting customer/owner relationships, working closely with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting and statement preparation.
* Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all customers/owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Conduct site inspections of units and facilities, acquire a full understanding of RMA documents, and communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
* Collaborate with Consulting Company for the RMA, keeping a clear record of owners for scheduled communications and creating and sending monthly owner newsletters.
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent required, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
* Computer knowledge/skills required, Japanese speaking and writing preferred.
* Ability to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
