Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed to ensure availability.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Stay updated on drink trends, new recipes, and techniques to enhance the beverage menu.
