- Perform data entry, scanning, and filing.
- Perform quality control microbiology testing such as growth promotion and water endotoxin.
- Perform routine tasks such as wrapping equipment and autoclaving.
- Perform lab maintenance activities such as cleaning benchtops, cleaning incubators and refrigerators, and biohazard waste disposal.
- Observe other lab activities with hands on practice, such as organism identifications, microbial limits testing, and water bioburden.
- Assist in other projects as needed.
