Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives, community outreach, and patient engagement strategies. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
*Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote RMG services, programs, and events
* Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, website updates, and print materials.
*Manage and grow RMG social media presence by creating posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
*Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
Community Outreach & Events
* Support the planning and execution of health fairs, wellness workshops, and other community engagement initiatives.
*Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, promotional materials, and vendor communication.
*Represent RMG at community events to strengthen relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders.
Administrative & Data Analysis
*Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
*Maintain a database of community partners, media contacts, and outreach efforts.
*Assist with patient surveys and feedback collection to improve marketing strategies.
