Responsibilities
- Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized and easily accessible
- Assist with daily office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide personal assistant support to management as required
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as assigned
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office phone systems and general office management practices
- Computer literacy is required; experience with file management is a plus
