We are looking for a motivated and personable Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by ensuring timely service, accurately taking and delivering orders, and effectively communicating with both customers and kitchen staff.
Key Components of the role will include:
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Keep your section clean and organized.
- Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items.
- Accurately record and input guest orders.
- Ensure timely service from the kitchen and bar.
- Clear dirty items during meals for a tidy dining area.
- Address additional requests and monitor meal completion.
- Calculate bills and process payments accurately.
- Proactively take full trays to the kitchen.
- Complete side work like restocking and organizing.
- Follow cash handling and gratuity reporting procedures.
Prior experience in a similar position is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
