As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play an essential role in supporting the management team and overseeing daily department activities to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. Key Components of the role will include:
- Supervise and assess the performance of associate's in food & Beverage outlets, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Assist in the training and professional development of associates, ensuring they have the tools needed for success.
- Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Train staff on service standards and efficient use of micros systems to enhance productivity and guest experience.
- Actively engage with guests during shifts, assisting with service, seating, and maintaining communication with the kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Cash Handling Policy and Procedures for accurate cash management.
- Ensure all side work is completed daily to maintain operational efficiency and service readiness.
