Senior Construction Scheduler
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to support both active projects and competitive bids. This critical role is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring detailed project schedules while ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resources.
The Senior Scheduler will work closely with estimating, operations, and field teams to forecast labor and supply chain needs across a high volume of active projects. This position also includes supervisory responsibilities, with the opportunity to lead and grow the scheduling department to support ongoing organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Integrate labor, materials, and equipment planning to support efficient project execution.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling risks, delays, and resource conflicts.
- Collaborate with teams to create bid and proposal schedules that align with project objectives.
- Provide detailed schedule reporting to leadership and project stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project schedule analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Mentor and oversee scheduling staff while fostering a collaborative, accountable work culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and PowerBI.
- Experience in commercial or civil construction required.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, drawings, and contracts.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring scheduling personnel.
On-site position in Phoenix, AZ
Base salary: 160-200K base salary, plus up to 50% annual bonus. Relocation assistance available for out of state applicants.
