Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Property Operations
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure properties meet company standards for appearance, functionality, and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to streamline property management processes.
- Financial Management:
- Collect and manage rental income, track delinquencies, and enforce lease terms effectively.
- Tenant Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Maintenance and Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for timely repairs and upkeep.
- Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure quality service at competitive prices.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and property laws.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties and increasing ROI.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Rent Manager, Breezeway).
- Advanced knowledge of office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
