Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable technician to join our team in providing water, fire, mold mitigation and remediation services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in water, fire, and mold damage restoration and will help mitigate damage to homes and businesses. This position requires a hands-on role, performing water extraction, drying, and other restoration services while ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld. We are willing to train the right candidate, no experience necessary!
Requirements:
- Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess damage and follow a structured plan of action.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
