Respond to general telephone/email/mail inquiries. Be able to deal with a high volume of incoming calls. Type correspondence, open and distribute mail, make photocopies, send faxes. Assist with special projects as needed. Job Requirements: Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient, typing skills. Able to provide clear, pleasant telephone communication. Excellent verbal and written skills. Well organized and detail oriented. Able to work independently and as a part of a team in a past-paced environment. Able to maintain complete confidentiality. Able to work projects through to completion.
