We are seeking a Personal Care Home Administrator to lead our team!
You will coordinate medical and health services, help us foster an Integrated Care approach, and implement memory care and cognitive retraining programs for our residents. Contribute to the planned growth of our community. Plan, organize and direct operations, in conjunction with a dynamic and talented team. Competitive salary and benefit package. Responsibilities:
•Oversee all phases of care
•Plan and coordinate all services for residents in conjunction with multi-disciplinary team
•Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement appropriate programs
•Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
•Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
•Work well with community based programs
Qualifications:
•Personal Care Home Administrator License is required
•Strong leadership skills
•Superior planning and organizational skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Great team building skills
•Experience in PCHA or other medical fields
Knowledge of PA Personal Care Regulations(2600)
