Key Responsibilities
- Be the Heart of Hospitality: Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and set up function rooms according to the specifications outlined in the BEO.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Set up and break down all department functions correctly and efficiently, ensuring all necessary equipment and furnishings are in place.
- Embrace Team Spirit: Assist guests whenever possible, promptly referring requests beyond your responsibility to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
- Lead by example: Perform periodic deep cleaning of the function room area to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Be physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment weighing up to 100 pounds for brief periods as required.
