We are looking for 1 or 2 positive and energetic individuals who would like to embark on a fulfilling journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. With this position you will deliver therapy with learners, teaching them meaningful skills such as communication, adaptive living skills, and social skills. No prior experience in this position is required; we will give you training to excel!

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Renaissance Solutions LLC is a small practice that offers comprehensive care for all ages. Our ABA Department provides quality applied behavior analysis therapy which focuses on both long-term and short-term behavior goals for all ages. Our biggest commitment to our learners is creating behaviors and goals that will help to sustain them throughout their lives, from infancy to late adulthood and to help increase their overall quality of life.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED, HISET, etc).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Work or Education Visa
  • Have experience OR would like to gain experience working with individuals with neurodivergence (DD, autism, phobias, ADHD, ODD, and the like)
  • CPR/First Aid Certified or able to obtain certification
  • Flexibility to work in home, community, Telehealth, and clinic based environments
  • Able to stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and engage with learners for up to 30 minutes at a time (not a necessity)
  • Able to lift/support 40-50 lbs
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance
  • If necessary, be willing to drive up to 30 minutes from one client's home to another
  • Compassion for individuals of all creeds

Employment is conditional upon the receipt of appropriate background checks. Upon offer of employment, you must grant permission for Renaissance Solutions ABA, LLC to verify accuracy, legitimacy, and results in regard to the following conditions of employment:

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check at the county, state, and national level that includes criminal history and abuse/ neglect.
  • Motor vehicle driving record check.
  • Education and license/certification verification (if applicable).
  • Employment and/or personal reference checks

Position Summary: The Registered Line Technician (RLT) will be responsible for the direct client care and implementation of the behavior plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavior related disorders. Therapy session will take place in either the clinical, home, and community settings. The RLT will be responsible for direct observation and data collections on individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The RLT will also assist the BCBA, BCaBA with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide 1:1 implementation of individualized ABA programs using various ABA instructional/educational methodologies
  • Properly implement designated behavior skills acquisition and behavior protocols based on instructional procedures and clinical observations
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
  • Participate in behavior reduction protocols as directed by the BCBA
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers relating to client’s daily progress per information given by the BCBA and team lead
  • Maintain safety procedures and protocols
  • Maintain client confidentiality as instructed by the company policy
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, as instructed
  • Ensure accurate tracking of personal timesheets through the use of the designated time clock system (In order to receive timely payment, the session data and notes have to be completed daily, as outline in initial training)
  • Punctuality for schedules shifts
  • Collaborate with treatment team
  • Adherence to all company policies. Including but not limited to cell phone use, uniforms, time clock system, session preparation, no air pods, etc.
  • Maintain respectful and effective communication with coworkers and supervisors at all times.
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines (will be taught throughout initial training)
