Job Overview Field supervisors serve as the main contact between management and workers in an
organization. The role of a field supervisor is diverse and dynamic. At its core, a field
supervisor &role is to oversee on-site operations and any other area where supervision is
required. As a field supervisor at Renaissance Wellness you will ensure that work is executed per
the planned schedules and monitor the quality of the production or service.
Responsibilities
- The field supervisor shall supervise
- QMHP’s and be available for crises 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide for short-term
- assessment, crisis intervention, and care coordination to individuals experiencing a behavioral
- health crisis. Services may include brief therapeutic and skill building interventions, engagement
- of natural supports, interventions to integrate natural supports in the de-escalation and
- stabilization of the crisis, and coordination of follow-up services. Services involve advocacy and
- networking to provide linkages and referrals to appropriate community-based services and
- assisting the individual and their natural support system in accessing other benefits or assistance
- programs for which they may be eligible. The field supervisor is responsible for reporting all
- incidents to their immediate supervisor. The field supervisor is responsible for having a working
- knowledge of the policies and procedures applicable to their position and administering the
- service in alignment with DMAS and DBHDS guidelines.

- Perform (weekly) random quality assurance checks with staff and clients
- Management duties to include interviews, orientation, staff development and another

- Ensure staff efforts align with the company & objectives
- Submit weekly field reports of progress or areas of needed improvement for staff
- Submit weekly field reports of quality assurance evaluations with clientele.
- QMHP duties as needed
- Provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Track staff and clients daily
- Facilitate meetings and quality improvement efforts as needed
- Serve in management capacity as needed and directed by CEO

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
