We are seeking a Director, Sales, to develop and bring new members to our network in our West Region with a focus on Arizona. The position will create and maintain a continuous pipeline of potential new member agencies to present to the Leadership team. The qualified candidate will work closely with the broader team at Renaissance, both in and outside our West Region to successfully transition prospective agents into members of the Renaissance network.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Prospect potential member agencies through in-person visits, phone calls, and partnering with our marketing team to develop new leads.
- Establish and build new relationships.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective member agencies.
- Maintain all activities in company CRM or other systems.
- Develop sales tools and execute prospecting plans.
- Research and maintain current information on the competitive marketplace.
- Maintain a high level of visibility in the defined territory, at various industry events and professionally represent Renaissance West Region.
