Description :
We are a growing, fast-paced physician-led office that is a leader in our field looking for a full-time Switchboard Operator. The right candidate will thrive in a multi-tasking environment serving our patients. A few of the key duties of this role will be answering the phones and transferring calls, entering patient information into the electronic health record and scheduling patient appointments.

Requirements :
At least one year of previous experience in a medical office is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience with EPIC are pluses. Most importantly; a great work ethic, attitude and communication skills along with a willingness to learn are the building blocks for success in this position.
