Overview
The Retirement Plan Solutions Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day to day administration of Retirement Plan Solution accounts.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Retirement Plan Solutions Advisor, Managing Director/Director as needed
- Process participant distributions
- Process participant contributions
- Track receipt of participant contributions and loan payments
- Communicate with Plan Sponsors regarding various Plan matters as needed
- Responsible for various administrative duties such as ordering supplies, preparing REC forms, preparing reports/packets for meetings/proposals, account reconciliation and other duties as needed
- Scan RRPS documentation into IS View
- Assist plan participants daily via phone or email correspondence
- Assist auditors as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products including outlook, word, and excel
- Must be a motivated self-starter who can resolve problems with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with internal and external clients
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
