OverviewThe CDP Processor I is responsible for preparing and completing final review of Consumer and Commercial loan documents for retail branches while providing uniformity of loan documents through a platform automation system in a centralized department.RENASANT BANK IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERResponsibilities
- Review commercial and consumer loan requests submitted by lending personnel for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare commercial and consumer loan document packages for all commercial and consumer loan requests to include all real estate and non-real estate requests
- Process commercial and consumer extensions, admin renewals, modifications, change in terms, release / substitute collateral, and subordination documents
- Review loan packages for accuracy and correct errors before releasing documents to lenders
- Use loan processing software and other bank software (LaserPro, DecisionPro, IGNITE, IBS, ISView, Word and Excel) effectively
- Apply basic processing skills and banking terms
- Apply basic knowledge of loan documentation, loan policy, compliance, and CDP procedures to generate accurate and complete loan packages within department time standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with lending personnel to obtain additional information when necessary
- Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of job related experience with loan documentation preferred
- Good critical thinking skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to learn basic knowledge of general banking terms
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Ability to maintain processing error rates less than established department standards
- Ability to read, understand and apply instructional materials
- Ability to read, understand and apply loan documentation, loan policy, compliance and loan procedures
- Possess basic computer skills and knowledge
- Good verbal and written communications skills
