Superintendent/Demolition
Renascent Inc. is a demolition and construction services company looking for a Superintendent for our Indianapolis IN location which services the Midwest. This position can fill project needs in any number of states. We provide structural and interior demolition services, site preparation, and comprehensive recycling services, including processes to generate reusable construction materials.

Will be responsible for supervision of field operations and demolition of projects. This includes being well organized, having good planning and scheduling skills, material usage, workforce utilization, and monitoring subcontractors' work. It will be essential to maintain a safe project site while staying within the established budget and schedule. The right candidate will be able to create a safe, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project start-up in conjunction with Project and Safety Managers
- Order or requisition materials, supplies, tools, and schedules equipment.
- Conduct daily meetings and tool-box talks with sub-contractors.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of field personnel and sub-contractors.
- Monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct deficiencies.
- Communicate with project owner and Project Manager.
- Routinely inspects work progress, equipment, and project site to maintain compliance with demolition specifications and company quality and safety standards.
- Maintain and ensure all equipment, vehicles, and machinery is operating properly and safely, arrange for repairs and/or replacements, as necessary.
- Train field personnel in demolition methods, operation of equipment, and safety procedures.
- Review and submit all time sheets.
- Regular and reliable attendance at work
- Other duties as assigned by Renascent management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years Superintendent and demolition experience
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred
