The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Steward. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchens and surrounding areas.
- Promote and demonstrate our company values at all times
- Adhere to established policies and procedures
- Wash dishes, pots, and small wares efficiently and safely
- Properly store and handle glassware, china, and silverware
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas
- Remove trash and recyclables in a timely manner
- Use chemicals safely and effectively
Responsibilities
In addition to the above tasks, you will also assist the Chef in food preparation, receiving deliveries, and other duties as assigned.
