Main Responsibilities:
• Perform routine kitchen tasks, including meal prep, food preparation, and cooking duties.
• Follow the prep list created to plan duties and ensure all ingredients are labeled and stocked on shelves.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings according to recipes and prepare simple dishes such as salads and entrees.
• Set up workstations and ingredients to maximize efficient service and promote quality food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, walk-in refrigeration, and storage areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promoting the VIV MEE Values: JOY, HUMILITY, & MINISTRY.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of Prep Cook experience in a restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
