Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality on the job site.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Participate in site preparation activities such as digging trenches or clearing debris.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job site.
