The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating system designs into real-world implementations, leading equipment installation, cabling, integration, and testing efforts both in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment and at customer sites CONUS and OCONUS.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating system designs into real-world implementations, leading equipment installation, cabling, integration, and testing efforts both in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment and at customer sites CONUS and OCONUS.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead production efforts for a multi-rack IT/networking infrastructure, ensuring adherence to technical and industry standards
- Review and execute Technical Data Package (TDP) artifacts, ensuring alignment between design, implementation, and documentation
- Build and validate system implementations in a SIL environment, including equipment installation, cable routing/termination, power distribution, and hardware integration
- Identify and redline discrepancies in technical drawings, networking diagrams, and system documentation to ensure accuracy before field deployments
- Lead site installations at multiple locations, managing on-site staff and ensuring proper handoff for final network configuration and operational checks
- Execute system validation test plans (e.g., SOVT, BIT) to confirm system integrity pre- and post-installation
- Apply best practices and industry standards in structured cabling, networking, and IT infrastructure to optimize system performance and maintainability
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience of experience in IT infrastructure deployment, data center integration, or similar technical leadership roles
- Experience with structured cabling, system installation, and power/network integration for large-scale IT systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, network diagrams, and TDP artifacts
- Hands-on experience executing System Operational Verification Tests (SOVT), Built-In Test (BIT) procedures, and system validation processes
- Ability to work CONUS and OCONUS as required
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT)
- Experience in DoD IT environments, Tactical/Deployable Communications Systems, or Command & Control (C2) infrastructure
