About the role :
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in building an exceptional team at Render. By operating as the backbone of our recruiting process, you will learn about every step in the candidate journey. You'll support our hiring efforts with critical, high-impact deliverables, all while keeping an excellent candidate experience at the forefront.
What you'll do at Render :
- Develop strong candidate relationships with key stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership) to craft and execute best-in-class interview processes for all roles.
- Schedule a high volume of interviews ranging from introduction calls, technical / secondary screens, onsite interview loops, and prep / debrief meetings.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system and other related tools effectively.
- Proactively surface opportunities to improve and streamline our processes.
- Own projects that directly impact Render's growth, such as employer branding efforts, referral initiatives, and more.
What we're looking for :
The starting salary for this contract role is between $30-45 per hour USD. Our openings span more than one career level. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands. Render is an equal-opportunity employer.
