Renegade’s portfolio currently spans give states and is specific to markets throughout the Mountain West, Midwest, and Sun Belt regions.
Investment Philosophy
Our thesis is centered around using both hemispheres of the brain – intersecting restraint and discipline with unconventional intentionality. The result is an investment approach that creates bold ideas backed by rigid feasibility.
We are constantly in pursuit of great real estate with unrealized potential that can be strategically re-envisioned to deliver short and long-term value. We’re obsessively opportunity-driven and value-oriented, constantly in search of untapped value.
